Monday Memo

Joseph Daniszewski
Scout Executive

Good day and welcome to our May 3rd, 2010 Monday Memo

Old Baldy District Camporee

This year we had over 300 participants & the event was held at Cucamonga-Guasti Park in Ontario. The park has not had over night campers in over 30 years! We now hope to continue using this facility, as it is a central location to the Old Baldy District area. Christy & Donnie Eimen were this year's Camporee Chairs, and this year's theme was "Celebrating 100 Years". We had 11 Troops in attendance and everyone had an awesome time.  Christy Eimen, Old Baldy District, Co-Chair Camporee 2010

Positive Quote
-----------------------

Kindness is the life's blood, the elixir of marriage. Kindness makes the difference between passion and caring. Kindness is tenderness. Kindness is love, but perhaps greater than love ... Kindness is good will. Kindness says, 'I want you to be happy.' Kindness comes very close to the benevolence of God.

Randolph Ray
