Monday Memo
 | Joseph Daniszewski Scout Executive | |
Good day and welcome to our June 29th Monday Memo
1. Local Crew Places First in Orange County Council "Venturing Out Challenge"
 | Just thought I would share some exciting news with you. Crew 129 participated in the annual OC Venturing Out challenge at Oso Lake Scout Ranch this past weekend. The crew placed in all events, a rare thing I was told, and won first place overall, ousting the champions of the past two years. They were the first out of council team to win this event and will have their name added to the trophy which is on display at the Orange County Council. Events included canoe races, specialty knot tying, tomahawk throwing, archery, low cope, etc. Lots of fun for all. | |
